Balloons Over Rockbridge
Balloons Over Rockbridge is a 501(c)3 non-profit community group created to bring the balloons back to Rockbridge County for the whole community’s enjoyment and to help raise funds and awareness for local charities and non-profit organizations through our annual July Hot Air Balloon Festival. The event is a significant annual fundraiser for two or three selected local charities.
