Eyes to the Sky Balloon Festival

Presented by Sevier County and Salina City, the Eyes to the Sky Balloon Festival offers an excellent opportunity for the general public to experience the fascinating colors and beauty of hot air balloons, allow us to mingle with balloonists, and learn more about the sport of ballooning.
Balloon launches will be each morning at approximately 6:30 a.m. (weather permitting). All are welcome to view the launch or help the pilots inflate their balloons on our launch field! Want to learn how to launch a balloon? Then, become a crew member volunteer!
The festival offers fun for the whole family! Activities include a breakfast on Saturday with the Aurora Fire Department, inflatable rides for the kids, a barbecue, a concert, and a night-time balloon glow.
