Havasu Balloon Festival & Fair

We are again at Windsor Beach 4, Arizona State Park, with over 70 Hot Air balloons, including some new Special Shape Balloons, Elvis, and the UFO Balloon. We will have food, entertainment, and carnival rides. The 13th Annual Havasu Balloon Festival and Fair is heating up for a fantastic January event!
