Rise & Shine Balloon Rally

At Vernon County Fairgrounds in Viroqua, Little RAE of Hope is putting on the Rise & Shine Balloon Rally.
In honor of Raette (Tunison) Reynolds who passed at the age of 43, the event is supporting stroke Research, Awareness & Education (RAE).
The event runs June 28-30, and features two morning hot air balloon flights, one evening flight and two special balloon glows in the evening.
