Windsor Harvest Festival

Celebrating its 103rd year in 2025, the Windsor Harvest Festival is a cherished tradition in Northern Colorado. Held over Labor Day weekend, the festival features the “Picture the Sky” Balloon Rally, where approximately 20–30 hot air balloons launch from Eastman Park at 6:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday mornings, weather permitting. Spectators are encouraged to arrive early to witness the vibrant display of balloons against the morning sky
